Sacred heart Medical diet Part 1

I’m trying this diet. I’m on day 3. I found out after I started it that it’s supposedly awesful for you and it’s extremely low calorie and not nutritionally sound. Oh well.. I started it so I’m finishing it. it tastes good and there’s nothing wrong with eating vegetables.

Sacred Heart Medical Diet ingredients:

1 or 2 cans of stewed tomatoes
3 plus large green onions
1 large can of beef broth (no fat)
1 pkg. Lipton Soup mix (chicken noodle)
1 bunch of celery
2 cans green beans
2 lbs. Carrots
2 Green Peppers

    Oh no, that batch lasted me a whole week and I had some left over. I froze some in the bags so none of it would go bad in the fridge if it take me longer to eat it.

    No, they mean the lipton onion soup mix-chicken noodle. Download the entire diet and recipe. This diet is suberb. If you cook the soup right and eat EXACTLY what it tells you, by the end of the week you can’t help but lose 7-10 lbs.

    Key: Don’t forget to drink the amount of water perscribed. It is vital, as the fat leaves your body via urine.

    I was on the same diet during the summer. Well, from the website I got it from dumbasses didn’t tell me what kind of soup. I was eating Chicken Noodle. On average I lost 10lbs a month. But I was on the diet for a week then off a week. So I could have been losing close to 7lbs a week while on it.
